Ingredients: |

shredded romaine lettuce |

4 oz |
|
extra lean ham, chopped |
|
4 oz |
|
turkey breast, chopped |

1/4 cup |
|
hearts of palm |
|
1 whole |
|
plum tomato |
|
3 tbsp |
|
ranch dressing, low fat |
|

|
mozzarella cheese, part skim |
