Cheesy Chicken 'n Broccoli Simmer

Made easy for good dinner, using frozen chicken breasts. |
Ingredients: |

|
chicken breasts, boneless, skinless |
|
1/4 c |
|
milk |
|
1/4 lb |
|
Velveeta cheese, cubed |
|
2 c |
|
frozen broccoli florets |
|
1/4 c |
|
grated parmesan, divided |
Directions: |
|
Heat large non-stick skillet on medium high. Add chicken, cover skillet. Cook 5-7 minutes on each side or until hicken is done. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm.
Add milk, velveeta, broccoli and 2Tb parmesan cheese. Cook uncovered on medium heat 4 minutes or until velveeta is melted and broccoli is heated through, stirring occassionally.
REturn chicken to skillet. Cook 1 minute or until chicken is coated and heated through.
Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
