Cheeseburger Chowder

  Soup
Ingredients:
  2 lbs.   ground beef
  4 each   potatoes
  1 cup   onion, chopped
  3 cups   chicken stocks
  1 tsp.   salt
  5 cup   milk
  6 TB   flour
  2 cups   shreaded chedder
Directions:
  In Large Pot, Brown Beef and drain. Stir in potatoes, onion, salt, and broth. Cover and cook 15-20 min. or until veg. is tender. Blend 1/2 cup milk w/ flour add to saucepan. Add remaining milk, cook till bubbly. Add cheese - heat and stir till cheese melts.
