Cheese Potato Soup

  Cheesy potato soup with ham.
Ingredients:
  10   Potatoes
  2   Onions
  2 cups   cubed ham
  1 tsp   allspice
  1 tsp   salt
  1/2 tsp   pepper
  2 cups   grated cheese
    milk
    instant potato flakes
  1 Tbl   oil
Directions:
  Chop onions and saute in oil until tender. Add peeled and cubed potatoes with just enough water to boil (as little as possible). Boil until tender and add cubed ham and milk to make soup. Heat to a boil, add cheese and allow cheese to melt. Thicken with potato flakes. Broccoli can also be added.
