Cheddar Baked Chicken

  Good leftovers
Ingredients:
  1/4 cup   melted butter
  1/2 cup   all purpose flour
  1 tsp   salt
  1 tsp   pepper
  1 tsp   garlic powder
  1   egg
  1 tbsp   milk
  1 cup   shredded cheddar cheese
  1 pouch   shake n bake extra crispy
  1 cup   rice krispies
  3   boneless chicken breast cut in half
Directions:
  Preheat over to 350 degrees
Pour melted butter into 9x13 dish
Mix salt, pepper, flour, and garlic powder in a bowl
In another bowl, wisk together milk and egg
In a third bowl, combine cheese, bread crumbs, and cereal
Dunk chicken in flour mixture, then into the egg, and then into the bread crumbs
Place in baking dish
Bake 30-35 minutes
