Ceasar Salad with Brisket

  Romaine lettuce topped with Parmesan, croutons, tangy Ceasar dressing, and smoky beef brisket.
  1 lb.   beef brisket, sliced
  6 c.   romaine lettuce, chopped
  1/4 c.   Parmesan cheese, shredded
  1 c.   croutons
  1/2 c.   Parmesan dressing
  Use purchased or left-over brisket, cooled and sliced or pulled apart to set atop salad.

To make salad, toss lettuce with cheese, croutons and dressing. Divide among plates. Top with meat and serve.
