Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients: |

16 oz |
|
frozen cauliflower |
|
1/4 c |
|
sour cream |
|
1/4 stick |
|
butter |
|
1/4 c |
|
grated parmesan cheese |
Directions: |
|
Cook cauliflower until mushy. Dain well and put into a casserole dish. Mash a bit. Add remaining ingredients except parmesan cheese. Top with the cheese and brown in oven.
