  Korean beef dish
Ingredients:
  0.50   Onion
  1   Carrot
  1.50 lbs   thin sliced chuck roast
  1 tbsp   sesame oil
  4 tbsp   korean soy sauce
  1.50 tbsp   oil
  3 tbsp   brown sugar
  0.50   grated pear or apple
    black pepper
  4 tsp   minced garlic
  1 tbsp   sriracha
Directions:
  use veg peeler to slice carrot, mix all ingredients in bowl and marinate overnight before cooking
