Caribbean Pork Chops

Quick, easy and flavorful. Double spice mix to keep on hand for and even quicker meal in the future. |

boneless pork chops |
|

|
ground allspice |
|
1 T |
|
ground ginger |
|
1 T |
|
dried thyme, crushed |
|
1 T |
|
garlic powder |
|
1 T |
|
onion powder |
|
2 tsp |
|
salt |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
pepper |
|
1/8 tsp |
|
ground red pepper |
Directions: |
|
Combine all spices. Rub pork evenly with mix. Place on a broiler rack coated with cooking spray. Broil high for approx. 5 min per side.
