Buffalo Chicken Casserole

  Buffalo wing casserole great for parties
Ingredients:
  1/2 cup   rice
  1 cup   water
  1 table spoon   vegetable oi
  1 pound   boneless chicken breast
  2 stalks   celery
  1 can   stewed tomatoes
  1/2 cup   buffalo sauce
  1/4 cup   ranch or blue cheese dressing
Directions:
  cook rice in water for 20min. heat oven at 350 in skillet with olive oil heat chicken
till no longer pink with 2 celery stalks. Open can of tomatoes cut up tomatoes in can stir tomatoes and wing sause together.

spray 8inch baking dish with non sitck put rice down first and then then chicken mix over it. do not stir and let cook for 25-30 min
