Bruce's Chicken and Stuffing Dinner

  Great on cold nights
Ingredients:
  2   skinless chicken breast halves
  1 can   cream of chicken soup
  2 cans   sliced potatoes
  1 box   stuffing mix
  1 can   water
  2 TBSP   melted butter
  1 can   green beans (drained)
Directions:
  Put cream of chicken soup and water in pot. Bring to boil. Add 2 chicken breast. Reduce heat. Simmer covered 1 hr. Cut up chicken in pot. Add potatoes. Cook for additional half hour. Add vegetables. Cook for additional half hour. Remove lid, add stuffing. Stir once. Replace lid. Ready in 10 minutes.
