Ingredients: |

egg |

1 tsp |
|
water |
|
|
|
salt and pepper |
|
2 tbs |
|
cheese (shredded) |
|
|
|
toast, crossant or english muffin |
|
|
|
butter |
|
|
|
syrup |
Directions: |
|
bet one (or two if u want more) egg(s) with salt, pepper and water as you heat a nonstick pan and a little butter. once butter is melted and distributed around the pan, add the beaten egg mixture in a thin layer. when the top begins to bubble and look cooked, add the cheese to the center of the pan. gently lift the edge of the cooked egg and fold on top of cheese. repeat until cheese is covered and the folded egg will fit on the bread/toast of your choice. we like to dip it in syrup as we eat :)
