Breakfast Burritos

  Fry potatoes in oil on stove top. Cook until soft and crispy. Also, fry 6 slices bacon or use pre-cooked bacon to save time. Microwave tortilla for 20 seconds in microwave. Spread small amount refried beans in center of tortilla, top with potatoes, slice of bacon, cheese and salsa. Roll up and enjoy!
Ingredients:
  1 Pkg   Small Flour Tortillas
  1 Can   Refried Beans
  1 Pkg   Frozen Diced Potatoes
  2 Tbl   Vegetable Oil
  6 Slices   Bacon
  1 C   Shredded Cheese
  1/4 C   Salsa
