Blue Cheese Flank Steak

Ingredients: |

2 lbs |
|
Flank Steak |
|
|
|
Salt and pepper to taste |
|
1/4 C |
|
Flour |
|
1 |
|
Onion, sliced |
|
1 pkg |
|
Mushrooms, sliced |
|
1/4 C |
|
Beef broth |
|
1/4 C |
|
Red wine |
|
1 Tbsp |
|
Olive oil |
|
2 Tbsp |
|
Balsamic vinegar |
|
1/4 C |
|
Blue cheese |
Directions: |
|
Sprinkle both sides of flank steak with salt and pepper.
Dip both sides of flank steak into a plate of four.
Lay as flat as possible in bottom of crock pot.
Place onion and mushrooms over flank steak.
Pour beef broth, wine, olive oil, and vinegar over the meat.
Cook on low for 8 hrs.
Before serving, add the blue chees and stir until mixed.
