Blender Quinoa Crepes or Pancakes

Ingredients:
  1 c   quinoa
  1 c   milk
  1/2 c   milk (1/4c. for pancakes)
  1/2 c   melted butter
  2   eggs
  1 T   honey, agave, brown rice syrup
  1/2 t   salt
  1 T   baking powder
Directions:
  Blend quinoa and 1c. milk for 2 minutes.
Add additional milk and blend for 2 minutes.
Add butter, eggs, sweatener,and salt and blend for 30 seconds.
Add baking powder and mix by hands.

Pour on oil skillet and rotate so it is thin and flip when ready.
