Black Bean Tuna Salad

  Black bean tuna salad
Ingredients:
  2 6 oz   cans albacore tuna, drained
  1 15 oz   cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  1 4oz   can of green chilies, drained
  1 T   chopped fresh cilantro
  1/4 cup   light mayonnaise
  1/2 tsp   chili powder
  1/4 tsp   cumin
  1/4 tsp   cayenne pepper
  1/4 tsp   salt
    ground pepper (to taste)
Directions:
  In a medium bowl, flake tuna with a fork, add beans, chiles, and cilantro and toss to combine.

In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients; add tuna mixture and carefully toss to incorporate ingredients.

Taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary
