Black Bean Chicken

  An easy slow cooker recipe that the family will enjoy!
Ingredients:
  2 Cans   Black Beans
  1 Jar   Salsa (16 oz)
  1 1/2 Pounds   Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  1 Cup   Brown Rice-uncooked
Directions:
  Place chicken breasts (cut into bite size pieces) in slow cooker.
Pour beans, rice and salsa over chicken.
Cook low 8-10 hours and serve.

Optional...can add a can of white or yellow corn...
