Black & White Chili

Chicken chili that is extremely quick and easy. |
Ingredients: |

1 pound |
|
chicken tenders, cut into 3/4 inch pieces |
|
1 cup |
|
coarsely chopped onion |
|
1 15 oz. can |
|
Great Northern beans, drained |
|
1 15 oz. can |
|
black beans, drained |
|
1 14.5 oz. can |
|
Mexican-style stewed tomatoes (not drained) |
|
2 tablespoons |
|
Texas-style chili powder seasoning mix |
Directions: |

Spray large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Add chicken and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until chicken is browned.
Combine cooked chicken, onion, beans, tomatoes and chili seasoning in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 4 to 4 ½ hours. Makes 6 (1-cup) servings.
