Black & White Chili

  Chicken chili that is extremely quick and easy.
Ingredients:
  1 pound   chicken tenders, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
  1 cup   coarsely chopped onion
  1 15 oz. can   Great Northern beans, drained
  1 15 oz. can   black beans, drained
  1 14.5 oz. can   Mexican-style stewed tomatoes (not drained)
  2 tablespoons   Texas-style chili powder seasoning mix
Directions:
  Spray large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Add chicken and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until chicken is browned.

Combine cooked chicken, onion, beans, tomatoes and chili seasoning in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 4 to 4 ½ hours. Makes 6 (1-cup) servings.
