Beef Vegetable Soup

  A hearty winter soup that is filling and satisfying. Feel free to substitute your favorite veggies for the ones listed here. Also you can use ground turkey instead to reduce the fat and calories. Great with some crusty bread and a leafy green salad.
Ingredients:
  1 lb   Ground Beef
  1/2 cup   Chopped Onion
  1 can   Chopped tomatoes with basil and garlic
  1 1/2 cups   frozen, mixed vegetables thawed
  1 1/4 cups   frozen corn, thawed
  2 14 oz cans   beef broth
  1 tb   soy sauce
  1 tb   molasses
  1 tb   Adobo seasoning
Directions:
  In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
