Directions: |

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef, cayenne, chili powder, and hot sauce and cook until the beef is browned, stirring to break up the beef.
Serve the beef, tortillas, tomato, lettuce, and salsa on separate plates, buffet style.
To make a burrito, place a couple of spoonfuls of ingredients in the center of tortilla. Fold 1 edge up to make a bottom lip over the filling, then fold the sides in to overlap the center, making a secure basket for the filling.
