  Quick & easy way to prepare something for lunch/ light dinner.
Ingredients:
  2 cups   Canned beans
  4   Brown Pita Bread
  0.50 cup   Celery chopped
  0.50 cup   Tomato chopped
  0.50 cup   Cucumber chopped
  0.50 cup   onion chopped
  0.50 tsp   Fresh herbs of own choice
Directions:
  Mix beans & vegetables
Sprinkle with herbs
Fill toasted Pita bread with beans
Serve
