Barbecue Steak and Herb Veggies

Charcoal barbecue steak and seasoned potatoes, squash, and carrots. |
Ingredients: |

2 3lbs |
|
London Broil Steak |
|
1 1lb |
|
summer squash |
|
2 1lb |
|
red or yukon potatoes |
|
1 1lb |
|
carrots |
|
1 1/4 cup |
|
butter |
Directions: |
|
Thaw Steak. Light charcoal barbecue. Beat steak to tenderize. Add favorite season-all. Clean and cut all veggies and set in foil. Cut butter and set in foil. Add favorite seasoning. (garlic, onions, salt, parsley, etc.) Put all on barbecue. Turn every 10 minutes until all have reached desired tenderness. Allow steak to set for a few minutes once removed from barbecue before serving.
