Barbecue Steak and Herb Veggies

  Charcoal barbecue steak and seasoned potatoes, squash, and carrots.
Ingredients:
  2 3lbs   London Broil Steak
  1 1lb   summer squash
  2 1lb   red or yukon potatoes
  1 1lb   carrots
  1 1/4 cup   butter
Directions:
  Thaw Steak. Light charcoal barbecue. Beat steak to tenderize. Add favorite season-all. Clean and cut all veggies and set in foil. Cut butter and set in foil. Add favorite seasoning. (garlic, onions, salt, parsley, etc.) Put all on barbecue. Turn every 10 minutes until all have reached desired tenderness. Allow steak to set for a few minutes once removed from barbecue before serving.
