Banana Ice Cream-PB & Honey

  This healthy dessert is a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth minus too many extra calories and this is also a great option for people who don't tolerate milk. Another great feature of this recipe is it's a great way to use extra bananas. Just dice and store them in the freezer. A great warm weather alternative to making banana bread.
Ingredients:
  4   Bananas, sliced then frozen
  2 Tbsp   Peanut Butter
  2 Tbsp   Honey
  1/2 cup   Water
Directions:
  In Advance: Slice Bananas and store them in a zip lock bag before putting them in the freezer, at least over night.

Pour frozen banana pieces, peanut butter, honey and water into your blender. Blend together stopping to scrape the sides of the blender as necessary to get things full incorporated. Things will go from pieces to smooth and creamy very quickly. Serve immediately. Top with a teaspoon of peanut butter and a drizzle of honey.
