Baked Mac and Chez!

  Homemade Baked Macaroni and Cheese.
Ingredients:
  2 lb   elbows
  4 lb   sharp chedder (white)
  2 cups   mozzarella cheese
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Boil the elbows until almost done(el dente).

Shred the chedder cheese while you wait for the pasta to cook. Mix the chedder and mozzarella together.

In a large baking dish (9x13) (11x15) alternate layers of elbows and cheese. The top layer should be cheese. if desired finish off with your favorite topping, ie. breadcrumbs, bacon, ham...

Bake for 35-45 mins until cheese is melted and golden brown on the edges.
