Baked English Omelet

  quick easy Sunday brunch meal add some homemade bread or biscuits and you complet it just perfect.
Ingredients:
  6 ea   eggs
  4 slices   bacon
  1 1/2 c   shredded cheddar cheese
  2/3 c   milk
  1 ea   green onions
  1 Tbs   butter
  1 Tbs   parmesan cheese
Directions:
  Beat milk into eggs. Stir in salt & pepper to taste. Add bacon, cheddar cheese and onions. Melt butter in 9" oven proof pan or baking dish. Pour egg mixture into pan and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake in oven at 400* for 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean and cheese is golden brown.
