Bacon Swiss Quiche

Ingredients: |

bacon |
|
6 ea |
|
eggs |
|
1 c |
|
heavy cream or milk |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
salt |
|
8 oz |
|
swiss cheese, shredded |
Directions: |
|
Chop up the bacon and fry the pieces until brown and crispy; drain fat. In medium bowl beat eggs, add cream/milk and salt. Arrange cheese and bacon in the bottom of a 9 or 10" glass pie plate evenly. POur egg mixture over the cheese. Back at 350* for 35-40 minutes or until knive inserted comes out clean.
