BBQ Beef Cups

  BBQ Beef Cups
Ingredients:
  3/4 lb   ground beef
  1/2 cup   BBQ sauce
  1 T   brown sugar
  1 tube   16.3 oz flaky biscuits (Hungry Jack)
  3/4 cup   shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a skillet, brown the beef over medium heat; drain off excess fat.

Remove from heat and stir in the BBQ sauce and brown sugar. Grease a 12 cup jumbo muffin pan and place a piece of biscuit dough in each cup, stretching the dough up the sides. Divide the beef mixture evenly among the cups, sprinkle each with cheese adn bake until golden 10-12 minutes.
