Hot sandwich great for days when you don't want to put in much effort. |
Ingredients: |

3 T |
|
Honey mustard |
|
2 T |
|
Miracle Whip |
|
2 |
|
medium, unpeeled apples, thinly sliced |
|
8 slices |
|
Swiss cheese |
|
8 oz |
|
thickly sliced cooked turkey breast (I have the deli slice a thick slice of turkey breast) |
|
1 |
|
Round loaf or long loaf of bread cut in half lengthwise (like a hotdog bun) |
Directions: |

Lightly spread mustard on 1 half of the bread. Arrange sliced turkey over mustard. Top with sliced apples and swiss cheese. Spread Miracle Whip on other half of bread. Heat in oven at 325 degrees - place on cookies as an open-faced sandwich - until cheese is slightly melted. Put halves together and slice into individual sandwiches.
