Atkins Lightly Spicy Turnip Fries

Ingredients: |

turnips, trimmed and peeled |
|
2 tablespoons |
|
olive oil |
|
1 teaspoon |
|
kosher salt |
|
1/2 teaspoon |
|
chili powder |
Directions: |
|
Heat oven to 425F. Cut turnips into 2 x 1/2-inch sticks. Place on a foil-lined jelly-roll pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and chili powder. Toss with your hands to coat. Spread out in a single layer. Roast fries 30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time for even browning. Serve immediately.
