Asparaus with Pancetta

  Fast yet fancy side-dish featuring asparagus and pancetta (Italian bacon).
Ingredients:
  2 bunch   asparagus cut into 1" pieces
  4 oz   pancetta
  2   shallot
Directions:
  Heat 1 TBSP EVOO over med-high heat. Add pancetta and cook for about 3 mins. Add asparaugs and shallot and cook stirring for 3 more mins.
