Asian Tilapia

  Tilapia with Asian Spices.

Ingredients:
  2 tbsp   Miso
  1 Tbsp   sugar
  1 Tbsp   Mirin
  2 tsp   Low-fat Mayonnaise
  2 10 oz   Tilapia fillets
  1 12 oz   bag frozen shelled Edamame
  1 Tbsp   Toasted sesame seeds
  1 tsp   Asian (dark) sesame oil
Directions:
  1. Spray the broiler pan with nonstick spray; preheat the broiler.
2. Mix the miso, mirin, sugar, and mayonnaise in a cup; spread evenly over the tilapia. Broil the tilapia 6 inches from the heat just until opaque in the center, 7-8 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, bring 1 inch of water to a boil in a pan. Add the edamame and cook 3 minutes. Drain and return to the pan. Stir in the sesame seeds and sesame oil. Serve with the tilapia.
