Asian Garlic Noodles

Easy asian noodle stir fry |
Ingredients: |

8 oz |
|
spaghetti |
|
1 |
|
boneless chicken breast cut in chunks |
|
1 tbsp |
|
olive oil |
|
8 oz |
|
cremini mushrooms, sliced |
|
1 |
|
red bell pepper, diced |
|
1/3 cup |
|
soy sauce |
|
2 tbsp |
|
minced garlic |
|
2 tbsp |
|
brown sugar |
|
1 tbsp |
|
sriracha |
|
1 tbsp |
|
oyster sauce |
|
1 tsp |
|
sesame oil |
Directions: |
|
1) In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, sriracha, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; set aside.
2) Cook pasta according to directions.
3) Heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add chicken and 2 tbsp soy sauce mixture and cook thoroughly, set aside.
4) stir in mushrooms and peppers, cook 3-4 minutes. Stir in spaghetti, chicken, and remaining sauce until well combined.
