Asian Chicken Stir-Fry

  Chicken,Vegetable, and Rice Stir-fry.
Ingredients:
  1 Tablespoon   Vegetable Oil
  1 lb.   Chicken Breast
  1 can   Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
  3 Tablespoons   Soy Sauce
  1 Teaspoon   Garlic Powder
  1 bag(16oz.)   Frozen Vegetables
  4 cups   Hot cooked Rice
Directions:

1. In Medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken(stripped) and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate.

2. Add soup, soy sauce and garlic powder. Heat to a boil. Beduce heat to medium. Add thawed vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring often. Serve over rice.
