Apple-Pineapple Salad

Good for a salad or dessert! |
Ingredients: |

3/4 C |
|
Sugar |
|
1/3 C |
|
Flour |
|
1 can |
|
Crushed pineapple (crushed) |
|
4 |
|
Granny smith apples, chopped |
|
1/2 stick |
|
Butter |
|
1 Tub |
|
Cool Whip |
Directions: |
|
Combine sugar, flour, and pineapple (with juices) in a pot.
Simmer until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Stir in remaining butter until melted.
Let cool.
Add chopped apples.
Refrigerate.
Top with Cool Whip before serving.
