Apple-Pear Crumble Pie

Ingredients:
  24 3/4 C   Nilla Wafers crushed
  1/4 C   Packed Brown Sugar
  1/4 C   Melted Butter
  1 9"   refrigerated pie crust (deep)
  4 oz   cream cheese (softened)
  2 lg   baking apples
  1   pear
  1/3 C   granulated sugar
  1/4 C   flour
  1/2 tsp   cinnamon
  1 1/4 C   Cool Whip
Directions:
  Heat oven to 375 degrees

Mix wafer crumbs, brown sugar and butter until well blended; set aside.

Place pie crust in 9" pie plate sprayed w/ cooking spray. Spread cream cheese onto bottom of the crust; sprinkle with half the crumb mixture. Combine fruit in large bowl. Add sugar, flour and cinnamon and toss to coat. Spoon over crumb layer in crust; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.

Bake 35 minutes until fruit is tender and crust is lightly browned, covering loosely with foil after 25 minutes if necessary to prevent crust from overbrowning.
