Apple Bacon BBQ Chicken

  Crock Pot Main Dish Delicious Blend of meats and fruit.
Ingredients:
  8 ind   Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  2 Cups   BBQ Sauce (Sweet Baby Rays)
  4 md   Apples (peeled and grated)
  2 ind   lemons (juiced)
  16 slices   Bacon (raw)
Directions:
  1. Combine BBQ Sauce with grated apples and lemon juice.

2. Wrap the chicken thighs in Bacon then place in crock pot. Pour the BBQ/Apple Mixture over the chicken. Set to low and cook 8 hrs.

3. Remove carefully and serve with side dishes of potatoes and veggie.
