Apple Bacon BBQ Chicken

Ingredients: |

Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs |
|
2 Cups |
|
BBQ Sauce (Sweet Baby Rays) |
|

|
Apples (peeled and grated) |
|
2 ind |
|
lemons (juiced) |
|
16 slices |
|
Bacon (raw) |
Directions: |
|
1. Combine BBQ Sauce with grated apples and lemon juice.
2. Wrap the chicken thighs in Bacon then place in crock pot. Pour the BBQ/Apple Mixture over the chicken. Set to low and cook 8 hrs.
3. Remove carefully and serve with side dishes of potatoes and veggie.
