Angie's Corn Bread

  Cornbread
Ingredients:
  2   Eggs
  1 Cup   Milk
  1/4 Cup   vegetable oil
  1 1/2 cups   Yellow Corn Meal
  1 Cup   All-purpose flour
  1/4 Cup   Sugar (optional)
  2 1/4 tsp   Baking powder
  3/4 tsp   Salt
Directions:
  1. Heat oven to 450° F. Grease an 8 or 9 inch Square pan. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour batter into greased pan. Bake at 450°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
