vegetable oil |

1 1/2 cups |

Yellow Corn Meal |
|
1 Cup |

All-purpose flour |

1/4 Cup |
|
Sugar (optional) |

2 1/4 tsp |
|
Baking powder |
|
3/4 tsp |
|
Salt |
Directions: |
|
1. Heat oven to 450° F. Grease an 8 or 9 inch Square pan. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour batter into greased pan. Bake at 450°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
