Amanda's Garlic roasted turkey breast

  Garlic herb turkey breast
Ingredients:
  1 8 Pound   Turkey breast
  3 Large   Garlic cloves ( crushed )
  2 Tablespoons   Olive oil
  1 Teaspoon   Dried Sage
  1 Teaspoon   Dried Savory
  1/2 Teaspoon   Black pepper
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 325. Place Turkey in roasting pan. Make 3 slices in skin to slip garlic into. Make sure this is breast side up. Massage entire turkey with oil, evenly sprinkle sage, savory, and pepper on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 2 hours. Remove from oven and raise temp to 425. Remove foil and place turkey back in oven. Continue to cook another 1 - 2 hours until internal temp. is 160 ( turkey should be 165 but will continue to cook after removed from oven. Let stand 20 min. slice and serve.
