Amanda's Beef Stew+*- Made from roast leftovers

  Beef Stew with potatoes and vegetables.
Ingredients:
  1/2 Package   Frozen sweet peas
  4   Beef bouillon cubes
  3 1/2 Cups   Hot water
  2 Tablespoons   Cornstarch
  1/2 Cup   Cold water
Directions:
  Clean and cube roast. Place leftovers in a large soup pot.

Combine hot water and bouillon in a separate container stir till dissolved. Add to pot. Combine cold water and cornstarch in a separate container, stir till dissolved. Add to pot along with the peas. Simmer till thickens and is heat through. Serve.
