5-Ingredient Broccoli Cheese Soup***

Ingredients:
  3 Cups   Chicken Broth
  2 Cups   Broccoli Florets, Chopped
  1   Onion, Diced
  15 Oz   Evalorated Milk
  2 Cups   Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Directions:
  Stir together stock, broccoli, onion, and evaporated milk together in a medium sauce pan.

Heat over medium high heat until simmering (but not boiling, or the soup will curdle). Then reduce heat to medium low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion is cooked and soft.

Add Cheddar Cheese and stir until melted. Season soup with salt and pepper

Serve Warm
