Chicken Spaghetti

  Cheesy chicken casserole with olives.
Ingredients:
  3   3-4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  16 oz   Sour cream
  4 C   Shredded mozzarella cheese
  12 oz   Thin spagetti
  2 10 oz jars   Spanish olives (without pimentos)
  2 C   Monterey jack cheese
  1 t   Cayenne pepper to taste
  1 t   Garlic salt to taste
  1/2 stick   Butter
Directions:
  Bake chicken with butter, garlic salt and cayenne pepper until done, then chop.
Cook spaghetti until done, drain.
Mix spaghetti, sour cream, olives, 2 C of the mozzarella, 2 C monterey jack in a very large bowl.
Add chicken and mix.
Put mixture in casserole dish.
Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with cayenne pepper to taste.
Bake in oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until all cheese is melted inside and on top.
