  4   sour dough rolls

Grilled chicken breast

serves: 4
  boneless, skinless breast
  4   boneless, skinless breast
    Salt & Pepper
  1 t   oil
  Heat grill till very hot. Pat chicken dry and rub with oil. Season with salt & pepper. Grill till brown on both sides. till 160* about 10 minutes. cover and rest for 10 minutes before serving
Romaine Blueberry Apple Salad

  Fresh greens, crisp apples, tart blueberries, crunchy bell peppers, and tangy Balsamic vinaigrette.
  2 bunches   Romaine Lettuce
  1 pint   Blueberries
  2   Apples, Chopped
  1   Green pepper, diced
  1 bottle   Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
  Toss all ingredients in a large bowl.
