Burgers!

  It's never too late to get out there and grill! Serve these burgers with any and all of your favorite fixings and side dishes. Don't forget to grill the bun...

Recipe:
Amanda's 1/4 pound Beer Burgers

serves: 4
  Grilled or Sauteed Beer Burgers! Top with whatever you like!
Ingredients:
  1 Pound   Ground Hamburger
  1/4 Cup   Light Beer ( I use Bud Light )
    Salt ( to taste )
    Black pepper ( to taste )
  1 Tablespoon   Minced dried onions
  1 Tablespoon   Butter ( if sauteing )
  1 Medium   Tomato Sliced
  4 Leaves   Romaine lettuce
  1 Small   Sweet onion ( sliced )
  4   Hamburger Buns
Directions:
  Combine ground hamburger, beer, salt, pepper, and onions in a bowl. Seperate into 4 and flatten to about 1/2 inch thick. Grill till 155 - 165. Or Saute in Butter till 155 - 165. Top and Serve.
