	|  | I love this casserole!  What a great way to use up left-over chili.  And despite its name, this meal is actually quite healthy. 
 For dessert, slice the fresh apples and top with caramel sauce.  Heat in microwave, if desired (but watch the sauce carefully so it doesn't burn).

						| Hogout Cassarole by Kenneth Johnson
 serves: 6

			|  | Hog out cassarole |  
			| Ingredients: |  
			|  | 1 lb |  | Ground beef |  
			|  | 1 can |  | chilli |  
			|  | 1 can |  | Cream o' Mushroom soup |  
			|  | 16 oz |  | Sour Cream |  
			|  | 1 |  | clove garlic, minced |  
			|  | 1 |  | small onion finely chooped |  
			|  | 1 pkg |  | corn tortillas |  
			|  | 1 lb |  | shredded cheese |  
			| Directions: |  
			|  | Preheat oven to 350F 
 Saute onion, garlic and ground beef till done. Drain excess fat
 
 mix chili, soup and sour cream into ground beef mixture
 
 in 9 X 13 cassarole layer corn tortillas, meat mixture and cheese, lasagna style
 
 Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes
 
 Let rest for 10 minutes before serving
 
 Serve with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and sour cream
