	| In addition to the recipe, you will also need the following for this meal: |  
	|  | 1 bag | egg noodles |  
	|  | 2 crowns | broccoli |

						| Beef and Mushroom Skillet by Jennifer Gustafson
 serves: 4

			|  | Similar to Beef Stroganoff, but without as much work! Serve over buttered noodles or toast! 
 |  
			| Ingredients: |  
			|  | 1 tbsp |  | olive oil |  
			|  | 1 1/2 lbs |  | ground beef |  
			|  | 8 lg. |  | portobello mushrooms |  
			|  | 1 sm. |  | onion |  
			|  | 2 cans |  | cream of mushroom soup |  
			|  | 2 tsp. |  | worcestirshire sauce |  
			|  | 4 oz. |  | sour cream |  
			| Directions: |  
			|  | 1) Wash and slice the mushrooms; chop onion. 
 2) Heat oil in a 12" skillet over med-high heat; saute mushrooms.
 
 3) Add beef and cook thoroughly; drain excess fat; lower heat to medium.
 
 4) Add onions, cook until softened.
 
 5) Add cream of mushroom soup and Worcestershire sauce, bring to a boil.
 
 6) Stir in sour cream and remove from heat.
 
 7) Serve hot!
