Beef and Mushroom Skillet Supper

  Similar to beef stroganoff, but without as much work! Serve with steamed broccoli for a delicious meal.
In addition to the recipe, you will also need the following for this meal:
  1 bag  egg noodles
  2 crowns  broccoli

Beef and Mushroom Skillet

  Similar to Beef Stroganoff, but without as much work! Serve over buttered noodles or toast!
  1 tbsp   olive oil
  1 1/2 lbs   ground beef
  8 lg.   portobello mushrooms
  1 sm.   onion
  2 cans   cream of mushroom soup
  2 tsp.   worcestirshire sauce
  4 oz.   sour cream
  1) Wash and slice the mushrooms; chop onion.

2) Heat oil in a 12" skillet over med-high heat; saute mushrooms.

3) Add beef and cook thoroughly; drain excess fat; lower heat to medium.

4) Add onions, cook until softened.

5) Add cream of mushroom soup and Worcestershire sauce, bring to a boil.

6) Stir in sour cream and remove from heat.

7) Serve hot!
