  This is a super-easy recipe!
Ingredients:
  4 c   cooked egg noodles
  1 pkg   (16 oz) imitation crab, chopped
  2 jars   (16 oz each) Alfredo sauce
    Seafood seasoning, to taste
    Chopped Parsley (opt)
Directions:
  In microwave-safe casserole dish, combine the cooked noodles, crab and Alfredo sauce. Cook and stir until heated through. Sprinkle with seafood seasoning and parsley.
Italian Salad

Ingredients:
  1   romaine lettuce
  1/2 C   olives
  2/3 C   diced red peppers
  2/3 C   Diced green peppers
  1/4 C   pine nuts
  1/2 C   Chick Peas
Directions:
  Toss all ingredients together in a large salad bowl. Dress with 2 Tbs italian dressing.
