0.50 cup |

chopped onion |

1 cup |

grated cheddar |

2 cups |

milk |
|
1 cup |

bisquick |

eggs |

1/4 tsp |

salt |

dash |

pepper |
Directions: |
|
preheat oven to 400. grease pie plate, place bacon, onion, cheese in pie plate
beat remaining ingredients together until smooth
pour over bacon mixture in pie plate
bake 35-40 min.
let stand 15 min.

Pumpkin Cobbler

A super easy pumpkin recipe that's a cross between pumpkin pie and pumpkin bars. You can even mix the pumpkin mixture right in the pan! |

pumpkin |
|
1 (12 oz) can |
|
evaportated milk |
|
1 cup |
|
sugar |
|
1/8 tsp |

salt |

1 1/2 tsp |

cinnamon |

1 tsp |

ground ginger |
|
1 T |
|
vanilla |
|
1 (18.5 oz) box |
|
yellow cake mix |
|
2 1/2 sticks |
|
melted butter |
Directions: |
|
Mix the first 8 ingredients together and pour into 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the top and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
